Depositing & Withdrawing Funds

1. Wire transfer in US dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR)

We accept wire transfers (bank payments) in US dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR). We do not charge any transaction fees for depositing funds to your real trading account. Please notice, that your bank may charge a fee for an international transfer. The funds withdrawal process is also easily carried out by a transfer to the customer’s bank account. Our commission for withdrawing funds from a trading account is 5 USD for clients with bank accounts opened in SEB Bank Group (branches in many countries of Western and Eastern Europe as well as in USA, opening an account is free). For accounts opened in other banks the commission will be 25 USD.

2. Deposit by credit card (VISA or MasterCard)

Transaction fee is not charged. Minimum transaction size is 1 USD. In order to deposit funds, please fill in the online form in Trader’s Room (“Money Operations” section). Please notice, that after funding your account by VISA or Mastercard, you will be able to withdraw funds exclusively by bank. Electronic systems such as Liberty Reserve will be no more available for making withdrawal requests.
 

If you wish to deposit funds by VISA or Mastercard, please read the below terms:
1. Transaction fee is not charged. Minimum transaction size is $ 1. Maximum transaction size is $ 2'500.
2. You are required to have a cellular phone with SMS service enabled in order to receive one-time password for confirmation of your payment.
3. If your credit card's currency differs from MT4 account's base currency, your bank will process the payment using its commercial exchange rate and therefore you will bear additional expenses.
4. If your card was not used with us before, then security of the processing service provider will make you a call and ask several questions in order to check your identity. Once you are successfully identified, all your subsequent payments will be processed much faster.
5. Your payment may be rejected in the event your card is not authorized for online payments. If you cannot complete your payment, please be advised to contact your bank for details.
6. After filling the form in Trader’s Room, press the 'Submit' button. Please check all payment details at the next page. Next, press 'Submit and redirect to the LiqPay website for completing the transaction'. At the final step you will be redirected to the website of the processing service provider (LiqPay) and will be required to fill a standard authorization form. Please indicate a valid cellular phone number in order to receive SMS-passwords.
7. You are required to enter one-time password in order to complete the transaction. One-time password is sent by SMS within 2-10 minutes after filling the form at the LiqPay website. If you fail to receive your password within 15 minutes, please submit your transaction request again.
8. After funding your account by VISA or Mastercard, you will be able to withdraw funds exclusively by bank. Electronic systems such as Liberty Reserve will be no more available for making withdrawal requests. Also, please notice, that after funding your trading account by VISA or Mastercard, you won’t be able to transfer funds from this trading account to another account by using an internal transfer function in your Trader’s Room.
9. Never disclose your credit card's data to anyone. In the event any AML employees have asked you for credit card's data, please inform AML Security by phone +7-495-775-75-08.
10. Credit cards are only accepted if account holder's name matches cardholder's one. AML reserves the right to suspend any fraudulent payment, to freeze the involved MT4 account and terminate Customer Agreement, in compliance with anti-money laundering law.
11. Please be advised to keep your anti-virus software up-to-date and check your computer for viruses before using online payment systems. In the event you have noticed any pop-up windows that ask you for credit card's data, please quit the procedure and promptly contact AML Technical Support.


 

3. Deposit by e-money (Liberty Reserve, Pecunix, Perfect Money)

Transaction fee charged by the e-money processing service provider is 3%. Minimum transaction size is 1 USD. In order to deposit funds by Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money, please fill in the online form in Trader’s Room (“Money Operations” section). Please notice, that after funding your account by e-money you will be able to withdraw funds exclusively by bank. Electronic systems such as Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money will not be available for making withdrawal requests.
 

If you wish to deposit funds by Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money, please read the below terms:
1. Transaction fee charged by the e-money processing service provider for deposits by Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money is 3%. Minimum transaction size is $ 1.
2. The exchange rates of e-currency nominated in US dollars and exchange rates of cash US dollars can essentially differ. Therefore the sum which will be withdrawn from your e-money purse can differ from the sum specified for transfer to your trading account and the sum of transaction fee. Official rates for e-currencies are published on websites of corresponding payment systems or displayed after logging in to your purse. Please draw attention to the sum you confirm to withdraw from your e-money purse.
3. Please draw attention to the exchange rates for converting Liberty Reserve, Pecunix and Perfect Money e-currency units to cash US dollars. All transfers to trading accounts will be processed using the base USD currency. In case you fund your trading account in EUR (Euros), some additional exchange operations could be performed and the chain of transactions may be the following: Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money -> USD -> EUR, therefore you may bear additional expenses.
4. Please notice, that after funding your account by e-money you will be able to withdraw funds exclusively by bank. Electronic systems such as Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money will not be available for making withdrawal requests.
