If you are a customer of Admiral Markets Ltd. and have any moot case relative
to opening/closing of your deal, execution of a pending order or you suppose
that dealer made any other mistake or wrong act, you can make a complaint by

Quickness and fullness of our Tech Service's answer depend on the fullness of
the problem's description you provide. Please include the following information:

4. Customer Agreement & Terms of Business
Please note: if you open and manage your trading account from the
Trader's Room, there is no necessity to sign any paper contracts or fill in withdrawal forms, because for our customers' convenience all ordinary operations are fully automated and easily performed from your Trader's Room profile.

5. Phone Dealing
Admiral Markets Ltd. provides the reserve telephone line to all customers in
case of any problems with internet-communication or data transfer stability. So
you can place your trading orders not only via internet (MetaTrader 4) but also
via telephone round-the-clock, from Monday GMT 00:00 to Friday GMT 20:00. Please
draw your attention that telephone dealing is meant only for accepting calls
from customers (traders), who wish to place an order or close a position on
their real trading account.
