ForexBall™ Trading Competition

ForexBall™ is an international trading competition that is being carried out on Admiral Markets demo accounts. You can earn real money while trading on a virtual account but can win real money from our prize pool of $54,000!

The traders from multiple countries form 6 geographical regions which compete independently from each other during the standard seasons. Click on a division to view the standings.

There are a total of 4 rounds in the ForexBall™ 2011 competition. The first 3 are standard rounds in which each of the traders start with $5,000 in demo money and trade whichever currencies they want, to make as much money as possible within the rounds's time limit (schedule). Contestants are broken down into regions based on where they live and only compete against other contestants in their own region. At the end of each of standard round, the top 5 earners in each region will be declared the winners. The prize money for the winners of each region is broken down as follows:

In the final round, the "Gold Rush" round, only GOLD will be available for trading on the contestants demo accounts. In this round, contestants will not be separated into regions but will instead be competing against everyone at the same time. At the end of this "Gold Rush" round, a total of only 5 winners will be declared.

At the end of each round, in addition to receiving prize money, the round's winners will be automatically placed in the "Winners Bracket." After all 4 rounds are completed, there will be a Final Round for all of the contestants who have made it to the Winners Bracket. Out of the thousands of contestants who participate during the entire ForexBall™, no more than 125 will make it to the exclusive Winners Bracket to compete in the Final Round which takes place at the end of the year.
